1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

If dk999 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered account may be permanently closed, and any balances in the additional accounts will be forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information

This includes your legal full name, date of birth, current address, valid mobile number and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date. DK999 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided during registration.
3.3 Account Security

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify dk999 immediately via our 24/7 support channel. DK999 will not be liable for any losses incurred through unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
DK999 may at any time request that you complete identity verification by submitting a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or proof of the payment method used. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification when requested may have their withdrawal capabilities suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

8. Prohibited Conduct

- Multiple accounts: Opening more than one account to circumvent restrictions or claim bonuses multiple times.
- Identity fraud: Registering under a false name or submitting forged identity documents.
